3. Input information in Autobid System : 'Deposit' & 'New Auction'

4. We will confirm the deposit in 30 minuntes within Office Hour. If you pay the deposit by credit card, our system will automatically confirm the deposit

5. Autobid System will automatically bid the auction for you once the deposit is confirmed

6. If the auction is won, our Japan office will email and pay the seller. After receiving the goods from the seller, Japan office will send out the goods.

7. If the auction failed, you may use the deposit to bid other items or request for refund. (5% credit service fee won't be refunded)

Normal Express: JPY700 / 0.5kg / item; JPY1200 / 1kg / item; Item arrive Hong Kong within 10 working days after receiving from the seller (if the item is big and light, weight will be calculate as: LxWxH/6000 )

Fast Express: JPY1800 / 1kg / item; Item arrive Hong Kong within 3 working days after receiving from the seller

Economic Mail: JPY390/0.5kg/seller; Item arrive Hong Kong within 4 weeks after receiving from the seller

SEA Shipping: Around 4-6 weeks after receiving from the seller and count on Size. Ref: Table A & Table B. (Table B is the accurate charging)

2. By Local Express: HKD20 / KG (Commercial and Industrial area only. There will be no refund if no one collect the goods).
